The flat fee (₦20 or ₦30) is your automatic bank settlement fee. It only applies when Auto-Payout is turned on. When Auto-Payout is off, only the percentage fee is charged per transaction, and you pay a flat ₦100 fee only when you manually request a withdrawal.
Funds hit your bank account automatically every night. Flat fee is added to each transaction.
